By considering the minimum hammer prices, which represent the lowest successful bids during auctions, we aim to present conservative yet reliable estimates of the market value. If a more recent hammer price is not available in any given month-end we use the previous month’s hammer price and apply a fixed annual increase of 10% per annum if the most recent auction price is older than 12 months.
